Policies and Refunds
Our policy regarding refunds for painted pieces is that we do not issue refunds unless the item has been damaged or broken due to our handling.
All painted pieces must be collected within 30 days of the scheduled pick-up date, failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the item.
For classes, to be eligible for a refund, we require a 72-hour advance notice prior to the scheduled class. For class rescheduling, a 24-hour notice is necessary.
We kindly advise that during the firing process, some pieces created in class may incur damage, which is beyond our control. Please note that we do not offer refunds for classes if your piece does not survive the kiln firing process.
